RESOLUTION NO. 02 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 998 SQUARE FOOT <br />ADDITION AT 740 FRONT STREET. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a Final Planned Unit Development to allow for the <br />construction of a 998 square foot addition to the existing structure at 740 Front Street, <br />Lot 1, Block B, Original Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Chapter 17.28 and the Design Handbook for <br />Downtown Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on January 9, 2014, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated January 9, 2014, the Planning <br />Commission finds the 740 Front Street, located on Lot 1, Block B, Original Louisville <br />should be approved with the following condition: <br />1. The applicant shall receive a flood plain permit prior to City Council Submittal. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a Planned Unit Development <br />to allow for the construction of a 998 square foot addition at 740 Front Street, Lot 1, <br />Block B, Original Louisville with the following condition: <br />1.
