ARCHITECTURAL: <br />Exterior Walls <br />1. Replace approx. 120 SF of exterior wood shiplap siding —Allow $2120 <br />2. Some sills and trim on windows on north side of building and south wall of prep room — <br />are deteriorated and need to be replaced with matching materials — Allow $2128 <br />6.
