SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF 'mE an OOUNaL OF 'mE Q1Y OF LOUISVILLE FINDING SUBSTANTIAL <br />COMPUANCE OF AN ANNEXATION PETITION FILED BY 'mE MEADOWS AT OOAL CREEK OORP. <br />AND INITIATING ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY AND ESTABUSlDNG <br />A TIME FOR A PUBUC HEARING TO DETERMINE IF 'mE PROPOSED ANNEXATION COMPLIES <br />WITII STATUI'ORY REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. under C.R.S. f31-12-108. the governing body of a municipality must initiate annexation <br />proceedings, fmd substantial compliance of an annexation petition filed and establish a date, time. and place to <br />hold a hearing to determine if the annexation complies with statutory requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville desires to utilize said statue with respect to the <br />annexation of certain property described on Exhibit "AIf attached hereto. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Louisville. Colorado: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council specifically fmds the. annexation petition attached to be in substantial <br />compliance with the requirements of C.R.S. f31-12-107 and that the annexation proceedings to annex the <br />property described on Exhibit "A", including rights-of-way of the City, are hereby initiated. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby establishes a public hearing to determine if this annexation complies <br />with Colorado Revised Statutes for June 2, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at the Louisville City Council Chambers, <br />749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br /> <br />Section 3.
