<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2'-, SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE AND FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ST. LOUIS CAnIOLIC CHURCH AND SCHOOL. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by ST. LOUIS <br />CATIIOLIC CHURCH, represented by FR. DON WILLETfE, an <br />application for a Special Review Use and Final PUD Development Plan <br />requesting approval for a two-phase expansion of the church and school <br />facility and related uses, located at 901 Grant Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use and Final PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning Commission and <br />found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision <br />Regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Special Review Use <br />and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended <br />to the City Council approval, with conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Special Review Use and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for St. Louis Catholic Church should be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall install a sight obscuring fence no less than five (5) <br />feet and no greater than six (6) feet in height along the south boundary <br />of the west parking area. The fence shall be installed prior to the <br />issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to the daycare facility. <br /> <br />NOW, nIEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Special Review Use and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for St. Louis Catholic Church with conditions.
