<br />IIIIIIVIIIIIIIIIIVIIIIIIIIIIIIIVIIIIIIVIIIIIIIIIII ~~~~"~ i <br />06126!2008 08.54R <br />Boulder Ca~unty Clerk, CO ORD R 21.00 D 0.00 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1529 <br />SERIES 2007 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION O~F TWO EMERGENCY ACCESS <br />EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN LOTS 1 AND 14, BLOCK 5, COLORADO <br />TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER -FIRST FILING WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br />WHEREAS, by Grants of Easement recorded in the Office of the Boulder County Clerk and <br />Recorder at Reception Nos. 01532383 and 01532384, the City of Louisville and the Louisville Fire <br />Protection District were granted easements for emergency access purposes over portions of Lots 1 <br />and 14, Block 5, Colorado Technological Center -First Filing, a subdivision in the City of <br />Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of such easements was to provide emergency access until the <br />installation of certain public streets; and <br />WHEREAS, serving public streets have been installed, and therefore the emergency access <br />easements are no longer needed; and <br />WHEREAS, application has been made to the City i.'or vacation of such emergency access <br />easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the emergency access easements for <br />which vacation is requested are not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the emergency access easements for <br />which vacation is requested are not being used or held for park purposes or for any other <br />governmental purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's <br />interests in the access easements for which vacation is requested. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORll.AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City hereby vacates the City's interests those certain emergency access <br />easements granted to the City by Grants of Easement recorded at Reception Nos. 01532383 and <br />01532384, Boulder County Records, which vacated emergency access easements are located in Lots <br />1 and 14, Block 5, Colorado Technological Center -First Filing, and which are more particularly <br />described and depicted in Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Title to the vacated easements shall vest in the manner providt;d by law. <br />Section 2. Easements for existing or future public; utilities, if any, shall not be altered or <br />amended by virtue of this ordinance. <br />~;w_. <br />
