Proclamation - Senior Center Month - May 1996 B. Approval of Bid Award - 1996 Downtown Redevelopment Project The following Items on the Council Agenda are considered rouUne by the City Administrator and shall be approved, adopted, accepted, etc. by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specificallY requests that such item be considered under "Regular Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and council action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Council Minutes in their proper order
