<br />001162704 02/21;92 04:23 PM REAL ESTATE .CORDS <br />:1716 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO k~~ORDER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />1"( <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO TIIE FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CENTENNIAL HEIGIITS SUBDMSION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for an amendment to the Centennial Heights Final PUD Development Plan ("Plan") by <br />Randall Root, John Quillin, Glen Rea, and Lionel Jackson; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Plan have been reviewed by City staff and <br />Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Plan, the <br />Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval of said Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plan should be approved; <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan I D/ <br />for Centennial Heights, described as follows: ./ <br /> <br />1. Solid fence setbacks for lots shall be 18' for front yard. Side and rear yard <br />shall be on the property line. <br />2. Solid fences shall be a maximum of 72" in height with 1" x 6" R.C.
