Article III, Section 1 established there shall be a <br />Chair, Vice -chair and Secretary and they shall be elected at the first meeting of <br />each calendar year. The Bylaws do not establish any formal process the Board <br />must follow in the election of officers. <br />Article III, Section 4 states the Secretary may be a member or an employee of <br />the City. <br />The January Building Code Board of Appeals agenda includes a business item <br />for the election of officers. Therefore, the nomination and election of officers will <br />be conducted at the January 16, 2014 meeting. <br />
