r iCity�,t Louisville <br />O • SINCE 1878 <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />AGENDA ITEM <br />SUBJECT: <br />APPROVAL OF DESIGNATED PLACES FOR POSTING PUBLIC <br />MEETING NOTICES <br />DATE: JANUARY 21, 2014 <br />PRESENTED BY: KEVIN WATSON, FINANCE <br />SUMMARY: <br />Section 24- 6- 402(2)(c) of the Colorado Open Meetings Law requires the all public <br />bodies designate the public place or places for posting of notices of public meetings. <br />The designation must be made at the local body's first regular meeting of each calendar <br />year and may be made by vote or resolution. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />All meetings will be noticed by the posting of an agenda at the following locations: <br />• City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />• Police Department /Municipal Court, 992 West Via Appia <br />• Recreation /Senior Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />• Louisville Public Library, 951 Spruce Street <br />• City web site at www.louisvilleco.gov <br />The Finance Committee Meetings are normally scheduled for the Monday preceding the <br />third Tuesday of the month, at 7:30 a.m., in the City Manager's Office.
