<br />Davidson stated that for the next four years he wanted to see Council concentrate on: <br /> <br />1.) City debt reduction. <br />2.) The Turnpike, Louisville's southern gateway, to become a landscaped turnpike. <br />3.) A community park developed. <br />4.) He wanted to see the City make major purchases of open space. <br />S.) He wanted to see the Downtown improvements completed. <br />6.) He wanted Council to continue the process of lowering taxes with perhaps even <br />lowering the sales tax. <br /> <br />Howard thanked Council and staff for all their hard work in getting Louisville to the valued place it <br />IS now. <br /> <br />Sisk thanked staff for their hard work and extraordinary efforts. He spoke of his appreciation for <br />his family for allowing him time needed for Council and other meetings. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted mass transportation resources for the citizens of Louisville. He wanted to go beyond <br />the Turnpike and McCaslin to really improve all of Louisville's thoroughfares. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn. Seconded by Mayer.
