WHEREAS, based on the evidence and testimony in the record, the City Council finds <br /> that the proposed amendment to the PCZD General Development Plan, subject to conditions, <br /> complies with Louisville zoning regulations and policies, the principles and policies of the 2013 <br /> Citywide Comprehensive Plan, the requirements of the Planned Community Zone District <br /> chapter of the Louisville Municipal Code, and the criteria, requirements and provisions of other <br /> applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and that the proposed amendment should <br /> be approved, subject to the conditions set forth in this ordinance; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Louisville hereby approves the proposed <br /> amendment to the Planned Community Zone District (PCZD) General Development Plan for <br /> Takoda (Case No. 13-034-PS/PP/GDP), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, and the 3.93-acre parcel therein denoted as Lots 1-4, Block 11, Takoda <br /> subdivision, is hereby incorporated into the Takoda General Development Plan, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. 24 residential units shall.be allowed on Lots 1-4, Block 11, Takoda subdivision. <br /> 2. The applicant shall record a Zoning Agreement, drafted by the City Attorney, <br /> along with the City Council approved GDP. <br /> Section 2.
