They hope to get some <br /> installments upon staff's determination of completion of certain projects such as after <br /> the following: <br /> 1. Structural and Foundation Repairs in basement <br /> 2. Closing in addition <br /> 3 Installation of sprinkling system <br /> 4. Replacement of front west windows and main door <br /> 5. Completion of the addition & Issuance of the CO. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Muckle stated the Historic Preservation Commission will recommend a <br /> restoration window company. He voiced support for the project and installment <br /> payment upon the completion of project phases. <br /> Council member Loo also supported the installment payments. City Attorney Light <br /> stated the grant agreement would solidify the installment of payments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Michael Menaker, 1827 W. Choke Cherry Drive, Louisville, CO recognized the many <br /> years Garrett McCartney put into preserving the Old Louisville Inn. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Dalton voiced his gratification for this project coming forward. He felt <br /> this is the right project and voiced his support. <br /> Council member Stolzmann explained to members of the public, who may not be aware <br /> the City has a Preservation Tax; the purpose of the tax is to preserve historic structures <br /> in downtown Louisville. The grant funds for these projects come from the Historic <br /> Preservation Tax Fund. <br /> Council member Jasiak voiced her appreciation for the projects coming from the <br /> downtown neighbors. <br /> Mayor Muckle thanked Garrett McCarthy for his hard work and thanked the partners for <br /> investing in this project. He stated this is why the citizens passed the preservation tax. <br /> Mayor Muckle closed the public hearing. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 7, SERIES 2014 <br />
