Absent: Council member Lipton. <br /> The City Council adjourned to executive session at 11:02 p.m. The City Council <br /> meeting reconvened at 12:35 a.m. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br /> REPORT— DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — PENDING <br /> LITIGATION & REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND DISPOSITIONS <br /> City Attorney Light reported in executive session the City Council discussed two <br /> matters; 1) two items on pending litigation and 2) real property acquisition and real <br /> property disposition. Staff was given direction on strategies by the City Council.
