MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council adjourn to executive session for the purpose of consideration of potential acquisition of real property in Louisville and the executive session include the City Council, City Manager, City Attorney, Economic Development Director and Parks and Recreation Director, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Dalton. All were in favor. Absent: Council member Lipton MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council adjourn to executive session for the purpose of consideration of potential disposition of real property owned by the City and the executive session include the City Council, City Manager, City Attorney, Public Works Director and Economic Development Director, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. Absent: Council member Lipton. The City Council adjourned to executive session at 11:02 p.m. The City Council meeting reconvened at 12:35 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED REPORT— DISCUSSION/DIRECTION/ACTION — PENDING LITIGATION & REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND DISPOSITIONS City Attorney Light reported in executive session the City Council discussed two matters; 1) two items on pending litigation and 2) real property acquisition and real property disposition. Staff was given direction on strategies by the City Council. If the property negotiations are successful, they will be brought back for Council consideration at a regular meeting. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT No items to report. COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS No items to report. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Mayor Pro Tern Dalton moved to adjourn, seconded by Council member Loo. All were in favor. Absent: Council member Lipton. The meeting was adjourned at 12:42 a.m.
