The planned street network, block
structure, and commitment to multi-modal transportation facilities would allow this
significant regional development to integrate well with our municipalities' shared
transportation infrastructure.
Louisville's one request in reviewing the transportation infrastructure proposed
for the Superior Town Center is that language be included in the Plat and PD
Amendment to place an access easement in Tract F of the South Parcel to allow
for the possibility of Campus Drive, in Louisville, extending west over US 36 and
connecting to the proposed Superior Town Center street network This
easement would allow the Town of Superior and the City of Louisville, if
appropriate: to include the larger community and jointly consider a transportation
corridor that will better connect our two communities and likely lessen
749 Main Street I Louisville CO 80027
303.335.4533 (Phone) 1 303.335.4550 (fax)
wwVw-Louisvi l l eCO.gov
