K. Licensee must also post the following "WARNING"notices (all notices are available <br /> from the office of the Secretary to the Authority): <br /> 1. The possession, use or distribution of marijuana is a violation of federal <br /> law; <br /> 2. The possession, use or distribution of marijuana for nonmedical purposes <br /> is a violation of state law; <br /> 3. It is illegal under state law to drive a motor vehicle or to operate <br /> machinery when under the influence of, or impaired by, marijuana; and <br /> 4. No one under the age of eighteen (18) years is permitted on the premises <br /> except minor patients accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in possession of a state <br /> registry card for such minor patient. <br /> L. THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT PROVIDES TRAINING <br /> CLASSES FOR LICENSE HOLDERS, THEIR MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES. <br /> PLEASE ASK THE SECRETARY TO THE AUTHORITY WHEN THE NEXT <br /> TRAINING SESSION WILL BE HELD. Managers of licensed premises are <br /> encouraged to attend the next scheduled training session provided by the Authority <br /> following the granting of a new license. All employees involved with sales of <br /> . medical marijuana or infused products are encouraged to attend at least one training <br /> session provided by the Authority per year. Managers and employees who attend <br /> training sessions should file proof of such attendance with the Secretary to the <br /> Authority, as attendance at training sessions may be considered by the Authority in <br /> connection with any suspension or revocation proceedings. <br /> 5 <br />
