HISTORICAL BACKGROUND:
Information is from Historian Bridget Bacon and is attached to this document.
The house was owned by a series of different owners between its construction in 1892
and 1937, none of them for more than 10 years at a time. The house was bought, along
with 1001 Front, just to the south, by the Del Pizzo family in 1937. Lamina and Nick Del
Pizzo were Italian immigrants, and rented 1013 Front to the Windsor and Muenster
families. The Del Pizzo family sold the property in 1984.
REQUEST:
The applicant, Melton Design Build, is requesting to replace the front porch, front
windows, and front door.
1948 Assessors' Photo
