In 1983, 1001 Front and 1013 Front were part of a "Del Pizzo Plat" that was filed with the <br />County by the four children of Laurina and Nick Del Pizzo. <br />In 1984, the four grown Del Pizzo children sold 1013 Front to R. Scott and Diane Corl. 1013 <br />Front was part of a plat of the Corl Condominiums filed with the County in 2005. <br />In 2008, the Corls sold 1013 Front (with the new legal description of Unit 1013 Corl <br />Condominiums) to Richard Maxfield. <br />The preceding research is based on a review of relevant and available online County property records, census <br />records, oral history interviews, Louisville directories, and Louisville Historical Museum maps, files, and <br />obituary records. <br />4 <br />
