City „/ Department of Planning and Building Safety
Lou soil k 749 Main Street # Louisville CO 80027 # 303.335.4592 # www.louisvilleco.gov
cotumuto
MEMORANDUM
To: Historic Preservation Commission Members
From: Department of Planning and Building Safety
Subject: DELO referral
Date: February 10, 2014
Below is a submittal for a final development plan for a project known as DELO,
located between South Street and Griffith Street, just east of the railroad tracks.
This phase of the project only includes the area between Griffith Street and
Lafayette Street. The Rod and Gun Club building, which was formerly on the
southern end of the project area, was previously demolished. Three other
buildings on the property are more than 50 years old, and the demolition of two of
them and the relocation of the third was approved by HPC at the January 13
meeting. This referral is to give the Commission and opportunity to comment on
historic preservation aspects of the project other than the demolition review.
