It is presented here in the Finance Committee packet "for information only" and no action is required. SUMMARY: The 2014 adopted budget contains $20,000 for grants /contributions to non - profit agencies. The Finance Department received fifteen applications for funding, which altogether totaled $44,800. The Finance Committee has reviewed these applications and, at their January 21, 2014 meeting, made their final recommendations. Below is a schedule of non - profit grants from 2007 through 2013, the 2014 requests (highlighted in blue), and the 2014 Finance Committee recommendations (highlighted in green). Note that the grant program was suspended in 2010 and 2011 due to budgetary constraints.
