RULES OF PROCEDURE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />RETAIL MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS <br />RULE 1 <br />APPLICABILITY OF RULES. <br /> In addition to any other rules, laws, ordinances or regulations <br />which may be applicable, these rules shall govern all proceedings before the Local Licensing <br />Authority (the “Authority”) of the City of Louisville concerning retail marijuana establishments. <br />RULE 2 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />The effective date of these rules shall be February 24, 2014. <br />RULE 3 <br />APPLICATIONS AND REQUESTS TO THE AUTHORITY. <br />Regarding All Retail Marijuana Store and Retail Marijuana Testing Facility Licenses <br />1.Read all materials contained in this packet before requesting further information or <br />forms. <br />2. Refer to the Required Document Checklist and prepare all required forms/documents. <br />3. Application must be submitted in accordance with all applicable State and local criteria. <br />3.When an application is complete, the applicant must first submit the application to the <br />State of Colorado Licensing Authority. The State will forward the completed application <br />to the Louisville Local Licensing Authority in care of the Authority Secretary The <br />Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) provides upon “receipt of a complete application” for <br /> <br />
