<br />~01i~lj58 12/31/91 08:48 AM REAL ESTATE RECORL. <br />F1708 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br />SERIES 1991 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED ANY TITLE <br />AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN AN EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Louisville Plaza, Inc., current owners of certain <br />property through which the City has an easement, have requested <br />that a certain easement for sanitary sewer purposes be transferred <br />by quit claim deed to them; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new easement has been granted to the City and the <br />sewer line has been relocated to this easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the easement <br />which the property owners have requested to be transferred is no <br />longer needed for any public use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such easement is not being used or held for park <br />purposes or for any other governmental purpose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the easement is located within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />section 1. Any title and interest of the City of <br />Louisville in the easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference shall be transferred by <br />quit claim deed to Louisville Plaza, Inc., current owners of the <br />affected property, such property being lot 1, Louisville Plaza <br />Filing No.1, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, state of <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />section 2. The Mayor of the City of Louisville is <br />authorized to execute on behalf of the City the quit claim deed <br />described in Section 1. <br /> <br />section 3.
