If any article, section, paragraph, .entence, <br />Clause, or phra.e at this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional <br />or invalid for any reaaon, such decision shall no~ affect the <br />validi~y or cons~itutionality of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. The City Council hereby declare. that it would have <br />pas.ed ~i. ordinance and each part or part. hereof irre.pec~ive of <br />the fact that anyone part or parts be declared uncons~itu~ional or <br />invalid. <br /> <br />lea~iG. 4. All other ordinances or portions thereof <br />inconsistent or conflic~inq with this ordinance or any portion <br />hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or <br />conflict. <br /> <br />16 <br />
