Members present were Carolyn Meyer, Shannon Hamer, Scot <br /> Calder. <br /> Scot Calder made a motion to approve the agenda and Shannon Hamer 2nd <br /> approve agenda Hamer vt1.f <br /> the motion. <br /> Approval of Minutes • <br /> The minutes were reveiwed for October meeting. Scot moved to approve <br /> minutes as amended,and Shannon 2nd the motion. <br /> • Treasurer's Report <br /> Scot Calder presented the financial report and all present reveiwed it. <br /> Correspondence <br /> A motion was made to give one person executive power t o respond to <br /> requests through correspondence to use the Arts Center. This would <br /> eliminate a long waiting period for groups v'Tantingg to use the Art Center. <br /> They would not have to wait for the board to meet again before a decision <br /> was made if they could'use the building. <br /> It was decided Carolyn Meyer who is on the scheduling committee for the <br /> • Arts Building would be the most expedient choice. <br /> Shannon made the motion and Scot second it. <br /> New business <br /> Report on the Christmas Concert with Wind Machine. The band will start. <br /> playing at 8:30 PM and will play 9C miri. with a break. Java Emporium will <br /> supply coffee at the concert but we need volunteers to serve. Wind Machine <br /> will ha ve CD's and tapes available {ol sale. The elementary stage is available <br /> but it must be moved to the Middle School. It was estimated t'ne concert the <br /> may cost $ 1 500.0;). <br />
