It included approximately 6.6 acres south of South <br />Boulder Road and east of McCaslin, which was zoned AO- T, an approximate 17 acre parcel which <br />was zoned SF-R, and on the west side of McCaslin there is approximately 6 acres zoned RR-R. The <br />PUD plan reflected a total offive office buildings with a total of36,000 s.f. on Lot 1, Block 2. Nine <br />single-family dwellings were proposed, seven dwellings are proposed in the 16.62 acres contained <br />on Lots 3-9, Block 1 and two dwellings on the 6.07 acres contained on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1. The <br />applicant proposed to dedicate a total of 5.96 acres of open space to the City, Outlots A-E. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Greg Morris, Louisview Corporation, 2991 Pearl Street, Boulder, Colorado, reviewed the <br />development. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Mayer asked if the cul-de-sac exceeded the City's standards for cul-de-sac length. <br /> <br />Morris stated that, as far as the number of houses on the street, it probably does not. <br /> <br />4 <br />
