Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of the City is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly. C. A child under eighteen years of age convicted of violating a municipal ordinance, found to be in violation of lawful order of the municipal court, shall not be confined in a jailor other place used for the confinement of adult offenders. A child may be confined for up to forty-eight hours in a juvenile detention facility upon order of the court. 2.76.190 Violation -- Penalty. Any person who violates or resists the enforcements of any of the provisions of this chapter, or the rules and regulations adopted by the City Council regulating the cemetery, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than three hundred ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, or by imprisonment for no more than ninoty days ONE YEAR, or both, together with cost of prosecution. 3.20.280 Violation -- Penalty. Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred ONE THOUSAND dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days ONE YEAR, or by both such fine and imprisonment. 9.22.120 Violation -- Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than three hundred ONE THOUSAND dollars or imprisoned not more than ninety days ONE YEAR. 10.04.060 Violation -- Penalty.
