<br />h-2 <br /> <br />B. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense <br />for each and every day during any portion of which any <br />violation of any provision of the ordinances of the City <br />is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person, <br />and he shall be punished accordingly. <br /> <br />C. A child under eighteen years of age convicted of <br />violating a municipal ordinance, found to be in violation <br />of lawful order of the municipal court, shall not be <br />confined in a jailor other place used for the <br />confinement of adult offenders. A child may be confined <br />for up to forty-eight hours in a juvenile detention <br />facility upon order of the court. <br /> <br />2.76.190 Violation -- Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person who violates or resists the enforcements <br />of any of the provisions of this chapter, or the rules <br />and regulations adopted by the City Council regulating <br />the cemetery, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and is <br />punishable by a fine of not less than five dollars nor <br />more than three hundred ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS, or by <br />imprisonment for no more than ninoty days ONE YEAR, or <br />both, together with cost of prosecution. <br /> <br />3.20.280 Violation -- Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person convicted of violating any of the <br />provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine <br />of not more than three hundred ONE THOUSAND dollars or <br />by imprisonment for not more than ninety days ONE YEAR, <br />or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br />9.22.120 Violation -- Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person who violates any provision of this <br />chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than <br />three hundred ONE THOUSAND dollars or imprisoned not more <br />than ninety days ONE YEAR. <br /> <br />10.04.060 Violation -- Penalty. <br /> <br />The following penalties, herewith set forth in full, <br />shall apply to this chapter. <br /> <br />A. It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the <br />provisions stated or adopted in this chapter. <br /> <br />B.
