<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES
<br />AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, CEMETERY,
<br />CONSERVATION TRUST, DEBT SERVICE, CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION, WATER,
<br />WASTEWATER, GOLF COURSE, AND INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS.

<br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that a need exists for an
<br />increase in appropriations in the General, Capital Improvement,
<br />Debt Service, Capital Construction, Water, Wastewater, Golf and
<br />Internal Service Funds;

<br />WHEREAS, the City has reserved unanticipated revenue not
<br />assured at the time of the adoption of the budget, from sources
<br />other than the property tax mill levy;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO;

<br />~z Section 1. That the 1991 General Fund Revenues are hereby
<br />~~ increased from $4,683,525 to $5,157,290 and the 1991 General Fund
<br />03 Appropriations are hereby increased from $4,683,525 to $5,157,290

<br />~~ Section 2. That the 1991 Capital Improvement Fund Revenues
<br />'I- are hereby increased from $1,863,540 to $3,156,030 and the 1991
<br />~~ Capital Improvement Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />ro~ $1,369,685 to $1,427,725 attached hereto as Appendix B.

<br />hereby increased from $425,355 to $454,435 and the 1991 Debt
<br />Service Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $425,355 to
<br />$454,435 attached hereto as Appendix E.

<br />Section 6. That the 1991 Capital Construction Fund Revenues
<br />are hereby increased from $713,380 to $825,000 and the 1991
<br />Capital Construction Fund Appropriations are hereby increased
<br />from $638,380 to $710,480 attached hereto as Appendix F.
<br />
<br />Section 7. That the 1991 Water Fund Revenues are hereby
<br />increased from $2,631,665 to $3,996,000 and the 1991 Water Fund
<br />Appropriations are hereby increased from $2,976,695 to $3,164,395
<br />attached hereto as Appendix G.
