Date <br />th <br />Different date ideas were discussed and April 15 <br />, two weeks before <br />Prom, was decided upon as the best date. <br />Middle school members agreed to go to March NHS meeting to help <br />advertise and work on poster ideas. <br /> IV. Volunteers <br /> Teens for Oceans has agreed to participate <br /> NHS members could get a service project if they counted cars <br /> Lots of volunteers will be needed for the morning of the event <br /> V. General Logistics <br /> Bulk purchase of stickers, David Andrews and Isabella McHugh will <br />research how much stickers cost for almost 2000. <br /> April 7,8,11 would be official count dates for Monarch and Fairview <br /> Possibly publicize the number for the school to beat <br />nd <br /> 2 <br /> off volunteers could count cars <br /> Every member think of one business that would participate for next <br />meeting <br /> Middle school students can help on the morning of the event and <br />possibly make video announcements off “SquawkBox” <br />VI.
