Mr. M. J. Mastalir <br />M. J. Mastalir is the President and owner of Real Estate Capital- <br />of commercial real estate and golf-related properties. As the e <br />correspondent for the Western United States for Textron Financia <br />Corporations Golf Finance Division, Mr. Mastalir underwrote gol <br />properties and obtained commitments totaling almost one billion - <br />lars. Mr. Mastalir was instrumental in convincing Textron Finan <br />to support the golf industry by creating a national lending prog <br />and he then assisted with the structuring of that program. <br />Mr. Mastalir is recognized as one of the nations foremost autho- <br /> Magazine. <br />Golf Inc. <br />Real Estate Capital Corporation also assists prospective buyers, <br />and operators with the acquisition and disposition of golf clubs <br />review, deal structuring, strategic planning and execution.
