HECLA DRIVE <br />DATE: MARCH 24, 2014 <br />PRESENTED BY: CAROL HANSON, AUTHORITY SECRETARY <br />SUMMARY: <br />SHI -II Louisville Lodge LLC d /b /a The Lodge at Balfour — has submitted an <br />application for a transfer of its Tavern Liquor License located at 1331 E. Hecla <br />Drive. This change is a re- structuring of the LLC's. The people who control the day <br />to day operations have not changed. The Authority Attorney has reviewed the <br />application. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authority approve the transfer application for a Tavern Liquor License for The Lodge <br />at Balfour. <br />Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on this application, which may be held <br />after proper notice. <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />
