R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the Town of Louisville is a municipal corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the Statutes of the State of Colorado; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Louisville has heretofore decided that in order to construct, install, establish, relocate, change and lay out a new water pipe line for the conveyance of water to the citizens of the Town of Louisville, which pipe line is to run in a north- easterly direction from Eldorado Springs, Colorado to the present filter plant of the Town of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees deem it necessary for said purposes to acquire, take, and hold legal title to a right-of -way for a water pipe line across the following described parcels of land, situate in Boulder County, Colorado, to-wit: Parcel No. 1 A right-of -way for a water pipe line across a strip of land in the South half of the Southwest quarter (S-4) of Section. 6, Township 1 South, Range 69 of the 6th P.M. Boulder County, Colorado, twenty feet (201) in width and being ten feet (10') on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning on the South line of said Section 6 at a point which is 972.45 feet East of the Southwest corner of-said Section 6, thence North 36 °08 130" East a distance of 36.9 feet; thence North 45 °53'30" East a distance of 1755.60 feet more or less to the present inlet of the Louisville Ditch into the Louisville Reservoir. Parcel No. 2 i A right-of-way for a water pipe line across a strip of land in the Northwest quarter (N4P) of Section 7, Township 1 South Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado twenty feet (20t) in width and being ten feet (109) on each side of the following described centerline: Beginning on the West line of said Section 7, at a point which is 1350.76 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Section 7; thence North 36 °08'30f1 East a distance of 1673015 feet more or less to a point on the North line of said Section 7 which is 972.45 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Section 7.
