<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1037 <br />SERIES 1990 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED GENERALLY AT <br />THE SOUTH END OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN ROOSEVELT AVENUE AND COUNTY <br />ROAD (SOUTH 96TH STREET) AND OWNED BY TRINITY BIBLE EVANGELICAL <br />FREE CHURCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had previously annexed <br />certain property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received an application <br />from the property owner, requesting that said property be zoned; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, <br />after proper notice and hearing, has recommended that said <br />property be zoned as requested, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the City Council <br />has considered whether said real property should be zoned; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council finds that all legal requirements <br />applicable to the zoning have been met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the evidence <br />before it establishes that the area for which zoning is requested <br />has changed or is changing to such a degree that it is in the <br />public interest to encourage development of the area; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />section ~ That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br />Established, and the boundary of the applicable district <br />designated therein is hereby amended to include the following <br />described property and such property shall be zoned in accord- <br />ance with the zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> <br />See attached Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Zoning: R-L - Residential Low Density <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ AND <br />February, 1991. <br /> <br />ORDERED PUBLISHED this 19th <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Herman ~on - <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />~!//(,I1J <br /> <br />l <br />
