ORDINANCE NO. 1037 SERIES 1990 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED GENERALLY AT THE SOUTH END OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN ROOSEVELT AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD (SOUTH 96TH STREET) AND OWNED BY TRINITY BIBLE EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had previously annexed certain property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received an application from the property owner, requesting that said property be zoned; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, after proper notice and hearing, has recommended that said property be zoned as requested, and, WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the City Council has considered whether said real property should be zoned; WHEREAS, The City Council finds that all legal requirements applicable to the zoning have been met; and WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the evidence before it establishes that the area for which zoning is requested has changed or is changing to such a degree that it is in the public interest to encourage development of the area; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; section ~ That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, and the boundary of the applicable district designated therein is hereby amended to include the following described property and such property shall be zoned in accord- ance with the zoning indicated after the description below: See attached Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by this reference.
