<br />Sisk called for staffs presentation. <br /> <br />Bruce Goodman, Chief of Police, stated that this would amend the Model Traffic Code that had been <br />in place since 1977. <br /> <br />Sisk opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Sisk closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1212, Series 1996. Seconded by Levihn. Roll <br />call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Davidson and Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1213, SERIES 1996 - APPROVAL FOR WATERLINE EASEMENT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY PIPELINE - NORTH OF <br />GREENBELT PARK TOWNHOMES, EAST OF RAILROAD TRACKS, AND WEST OF <br />CENTENNIAL DRIVE IN LOUISVILLE NORTH - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING <br />(PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 3/9/96) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1213, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving the granting <br />of an easement to the City of Lafayette. " <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that this would correct an error in Plat that had caused <br />problems for the developer of Greenbelt Park Townhomes. There were some concerns from the City <br />of Lafayette relating to the language, therefore the developer's representative asked that this be tabled <br />to the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Sisk opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />NO PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council table this issue until the next scheduled Council meeting. All in favor with Davidson and Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE <br />AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - H.D. DELAWARE <br />PROPERTIES <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that Sears Development Co., formerly Homart Development <br />Co., was requesting authorization to amend the Amended and Restated Development Agreement. <br />Ifauthorized, the amendment would transfer a total of23,000 s.f. from Parcel "G" to Parcel"H" on <br />the Centennial Valley PCZD General Development Plan.
