<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1991 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, CONSERVATION
<br />TRUST, CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION, WATER, WASTEWATER, AND GOLF COURSE
<br />FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF lOUISVillE, COLORADO
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General
<br />and Golf Course funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the
<br />adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy,
<br />in the General, Capital Improvement, Conservation Trust, Capital Construction, Water,
<br />Wastewater and Golf Course Funds,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF
<br />lOUISVillE, COLORADO;
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the 1991 General Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$5,157,290 to $5,555,530 and the 1991 General Fund Appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $5,157,290 to $5,555,530 as provided in Appendix A, attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 2. That the 1991 Capital Improvement Fund Revenues are hereby increased
<br />from $3,156,030 to $3,356,030 as provided in Appendix 8, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 3. That the 1991 Conservation Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$90,700 to $97,700 as provided in Appendix C, attached hereto and incorporated
<br />herein.
<br />
<br />Section 4. That the 1991 Capital Construction Fund Revenues are hereby increased
<br />from $825,000 to $905,000 as provided in Appendix D, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 5. That the 1991 Water Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$3,996,000 to $4,194,285 as provided in Appendix E, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 6. That the 1991 Wastewater Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$1,412,800 to $1,474,800 as provided in Appendix F, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.

<br />Section 7. That the 1991 Golf Course Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$1,489,455 to $1,569,455 and the 1991 Golf Course Fund appropriations are hereby
