Call to Order Chairperson Joi Wu called the meeting to order at 7:02. <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: David Andrews, Haley Ombreski, Tyler Waters, <br />Kaylix McClure, Madison Pius, Joi Wu, Autumn Choka, Isabella McHugh, <br />Jesse Schrag, Zane Eddy, Katie McQuie, Caelis Hanna, Eliza Miller, <br />Mitchell Waters <br />Board Members Absent: Brooke Hubbard, Karen Buri, Bonnie Schrag <br />Staff Members Present: Kriska Daltonhurst, Mandy Perera <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />All members approved the agenda. <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />The minutes from the February 6th meeting were approved <br />V. Public Comments <br />No public comments not on the agenda <br />VI. Dear Louisville <br />Books can be distributed at schools, daycare centers <br />At least a couple books should be given to the Heritage House <br />Agreed to bring books for the next meeting and members will distribute <br />Mandy will cash check and then donate all proceeds to the Heritage House <br />Maybe invite the founders of Heritage House to the next meeting and present the <br />donation and books to them then? <br />VII. MHS vs. FHS Eco Smack -Down <br />A.
