ARTICLE VI <br /> NON-DISCRIMINATION <br /> Section 1. General. It is the policy of the Commission that neither the institution nor any <br /> staff member, volunteer or contractor with the Commission shall discriminate against any <br /> individual on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, citizenship, ancestry, religion, <br /> creed, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or preference, marital status, military <br /> status, age over 40 years, genetic information, or the existence of any sensory, mental or <br /> physical handicap in the administration or delivery of programs and services. <br /> Section 2. Program Participation Non-Discrimination.
