<br />RESOLUTION NO. 18, SERIES 1991 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION PIAT FOR CHERRYWOOD n <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by STORCK <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION a Final PUD Development Plan ("Plan") and Final <br />Subdivision Plat ("Plat") for Cherrywood II; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Plat and Plan have been reviewed by City <br />staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Plan and <br />Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval of the Plan and <br />Plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Plan and Plat should be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat for Cherrywood II with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />If Storck or the then owner/subdivider of Cherrywood II acquires land adjoining <br />Cherrywood II for development of single family homes, they will re-design Phase III <br />prior to its development to include such adjoining land and submit are-subdivision <br />for City approval. <br />Outlot designation shall be revised to bring final subdivision plat and final <br />development plan into agreement. <br />Pedestrian outlot between the proposed subdivision and Centennial Heights shall be <br />dedicated to and maintained by the City. <br />Staff enforcement of an upgraded fence detail for the rear of Lots (48-62), as called <br />out for the subdivision perimeter fence, will require the incorporation of a fence <br />detail on the PUD. <br /> <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, 1991. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Heiman Fauson, Mayor <br /> <br />
