<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />SERIES 1991 <br /> <br />A resolution approving a Final Development Plan. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for authorization of a Final Development Plan. <br /> <br />Proposal is to construct a restaurant on Tract B, Lot 1 of the Louisville Plaza Subdivision <br />(Replat A). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by City Staff, and the Planning <br />Commission and it has been determined to be in compliance with general and specific <br />criteria of the Louisville Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said application, the <br />Planning Commission has determined that said petition and application are acceptable; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve a Final Development Plan and recommends the same to City Council. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of August, 1991. <br /> <br />Dan DiSalle, Chairman <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br /> <br />ATIEST: <br /> <br />Mary Ann Pollock, Secretary <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />
