WILL PRESENT 1995 <br />AUDIT AND MANAGEMENT LETTER <br /> <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director, introduced Kim Higgins, partner at Bondi & Co. <br /> <br />Higgins presented the 1995 Audit and Management Letter. <br /> <br />Mayer asked Ms. Higgins to elaborate on their recommendation that the City ask the voters to opt <br />out of the Tabor Amendment. <br /> <br />Higgins stated that they don't want to see revenue screens limited. The Tabor Amendment has a <br />revenue and expense limitation of inflation plus growth. <br /> <br />Ray announced that the City would have the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports available to <br />the public after April 22 in the Finance Department. <br /> <br />Sisk asked that copies also be available at the Library. <br /> <br />3 <br />
