Part of the strategy was to put a cost framework together and
get the project started. Deputy City Manager Balser noted other cities report the price
of debris removal work is going up. She stressed the value of renegotiating the
contract.
RESOLUTION No. 21, SERIES 2014 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE COUNTY ROAD BRIDGE AND DILLON ROAD
UNDERPASS FLOOD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECS
Public Works Director Kowar reported staff is working with CDOT and the FHWA for the
design and construction of a new bridge on County Road.
