RESOLUTION NO. 28 <br />SERIES 2014 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A JOINT DOWNTOWN / OLD TOWN PARKING <br />ACTION COMMITTEE TO PROVIDE ADVISORY RECOMMENDATIONS WITH <br />RESPECT TO THE 2014 PARKING AND PEDESTRIAN ACTION PLAN UPDATE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Charter Section 10 -2(f), the City Council desires to <br />establish an Task Force to provide advisory recommendations with respect to the 2014 <br />Parking and Pedestrian Action Plan Update. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE , COLORADO: <br />1. There is hereby created a Joint Downtown / Old Town Parking Action Committee <br />to provide advisory recommendations with respect to the 2014 Parking and <br />Pedestrian Action Plan Update. The Parking Action Committee shall consist of <br />three (3) members representing each the Downtown Business Community, the <br />Old Town Neighborhood, and City staff responsible for managing the parking <br />infrastructure, including: <br />a. Old Town Neighborhood: representatives from impacted streets of Pine, <br />LaFarge, and North Main (3) <br />b. Downtown: representatives from the Downtown Business Association <br />(DBA); restaurants, and office uses (3) <br />c. City of Louisville: representative from the Police, Public Works, and <br />Economic Development (3) <br />The Action Committee Task Force shall make recommendations with respect to <br />the specific actions listed in the 2014 Parking and Pedestrian Action Plan Update <br />for Downtown Louisville. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2014. <br />Q =zoo,. <br />tz-k T'ratilt <br />ORAOq <br />Nancy Varra, <br />thytk <br />Robert P.
