<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />SERIES 1991 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />FINDING SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE OF AN ANNEXATION PETITION FILED BY <br />TRINITY BIBLE EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH, AND INITIATING ANNEXATION <br />PROCEEDINGS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY AND ESTABLISHING A TIME FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE IF THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION COMPLIES <br />WITH STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under C.R.S. 31-12-108, the governing body of a <br />municipality must find substantial compliance of an annexation <br />petition filed and establish a date time and place to hold a <br />hearing to determine if the annexation complies with statutory <br />requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville desires <br />to utilize said statute with respect to the annexation of certain <br />property described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado: <br /> <br />Section ~ The City Council specifically finds the <br />annexation petition attached to be in substantial compliance with <br />the requirements of C.R.S. 31-12-107 and that the annexation <br />proceedings to annex the property described on Exhibit "A", <br />including rights-of-way, are hereby initiated. <br /> <br />Section ~ The City Council hereby establishes a public <br />hearing for April 2, 1991 to determine if this annexation <br />complies with state annexation statutes.
