~~1082749 01/10/91 03:50 PM REAL ESTATE REL .~DS F1658 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER 3- J ORDINANCE NO. 1033 SEIUES 1990 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1'7 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED GENERALLY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 42 AND SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND OWNED BY CLIFFORD S. FOSTER, SOUTH BOULDER ROAD CORPORATION, DAVID AND KATHRYN KING WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had previously annexed certain property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, }5 ~ / WHEREAS, the City of Loui.sville has received an application from the property owner, requesting that said property be zoned; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Con~ission of the City of Louisville, after proper notice and hearing, has recommended that said property be zoned as requested, and, WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the City Council has considered whether said real property should be zoned; WHEREAS, The City Council finds that all legal requirements applicable to the zoning have been met; and WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the evidence before it establishes that the area for which zoning is requested has changed or is changing to such a degree that it is in the public interest to encourage development of the area; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; Section ~ That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, and the boundary of the applicable district designated therein is hereby amended to incl ude the following described property and such property shall be zoned in accord- ance with the zoning indicated after the description below: See attached Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by this reference.
