'<'- "'0 0...- =iF L:... _J1074082 11/14/90 03:31 PM REAL ESTATE R~CORDS ~1651 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER :3 -) * ORDINANCE NO. 1029 SERIES 1990 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF CHERRY STREET AND EAST OF TAFT COURT WHICH IS OWNED BY DONALD LARSON WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described below is owned by Donald Larson, and WHEREAS, not less than one sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the city of Louisville; and WHEREAS, a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexE~d and the City of Louisville; and, \5/ WHEREAS, the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; Section h That thl~ following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: See attached Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by this reference.
