RESOLUTION NO. 29, SERIES 2014 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE STORM DRAINAGE DESIGN AND TECHNICAL CRITERIA MANUAL FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Louisville for the City Council to adopt an updated Storm Drainage Criteria Manual, dated August 2013, relative to certain storm drainage systems within the City of Louisville; and WHEREAS City Staff has prepared said updated Storm Drainage Criteria Manual; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has reviewed the Storm Drainage Criteria Manual and found it to be in the best interest of the City and its citizens to adopt the Manual. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: 1. The City Council hereby approves and adopts the City of Louisville's Storm Drainage Design and Technical Criteria Manual, dated August 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto. Said Manual shall take effect upon the adoption of this resolution and shall replace all prior versions of the City's Storm Drainage Design and Technical Criteria Manual. 2. The repeal by this resolution of any provision of any regulations previously adopted by the City shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or in part any liability which shall have been incurred under such provision, and each provision of such prior regulations shall be treated and held as still remaining in force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits and proceedings for the enforcement of such liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits or proceedings. n' PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2D ' day of ! a7- , 2014.
