The city manager may from time to time prohibit the issuance of <br />additional temporary permits and licenses in specified areas of the <br />City in the interest of avoiding traffic congestion or preserving the <br />public health, safety and welfare. <br />Section 5. Section 17.14.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of mobile retail food establishments, mobile food vehicles, and <br />mobile vending carts as a Commercial Use Group in Table 1 to read as follows: <br />Sec. 17.14.050. Section 17.72.090.B of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of a new subsection 17.72.090.B.22 to read as follows (words <br />added are underlined): <br />Sec. 17.72.090. Commercial and office. <br />B. Uses permitted. The following commercial and noncommercial uses may be <br />permitted within any planning area designated "commercial" on the adopted <br />planned community development general plan: <br />22. Mobile retail food establishments, mobile food vehicles and mobile <br />vending carts subject to prescribed performance and development <br />standards outlined in Section 17.16.310. <br />Section 7. Section 17.72.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of a new subsection 17.72.100.E to read as follows (words <br />added are underlined): <br />Sec. 17.72.100.
