CITY OF LOUISVILLE Resolution No. 2 4 Series 1975 WHEREAS, the State Legislature of the State of Colorado, in 1974 passed House Bill No. 1041„ being Ch. 80 § 106-7 et. s_eg. (1974) Colo. Sess. Laws 336, which concern land use and provided for identification, designation, and administration of areas and activities of State interest, and WHEREAS, under the provisions of said House Bill 1041, local govern- ments were requested to idE~ntify areas and activities of State interest, and WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, may be approached by developers to develop the lands includled by the City of Louisville, in its "Develop- ment Plan Map, 1974, Louisville, Colorado," prepared by Oblinger-Smith Corporation, planning consultants, and WHEREAS, as a result of said development requests, major extensions of the water and sewer treatment systems may be necessary and as such may be a potential activity of State interest, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Louis/ille, Colorado, at a regular meeting held on August 28, 1975, determined that in the event major extensions of the water and sewer treatment systems are necessary to develop the land within the boundaries of the "Development Plan Map, Louisville, Colorado, dated August 28, 1975", that such extensions would be a matter of State interest and should be developed only in accordance with the provisions of House Bill 1041, local Ordinances, Resolutions and such other laws or regulations that may be applicable; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, concurs in said recommendations.
