CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />Resolution No. 2 4 <br />Series 1975 <br />WHEREAS, the State Legislature of the State of Colorado, in 1974 <br />passed House Bill No. 1041„ being Ch. 80 § 106-7 et. s_eg. (1974) Colo. <br />Sess. Laws 336, which concern land use and provided for identification, <br />designation, and administration of areas and activities of State interest, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of said House Bill 1041, local govern- <br />ments were requested to idE~ntify areas and activities of State interest, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, may be approached by developers <br />to develop the lands includled by the City of Louisville, in its "Develop- <br />ment Plan Map, 1974, Louisville, Colorado," prepared by Oblinger-Smith <br />Corporation, planning consultants, and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of said development requests, major extensions <br />of the water and sewer treatment systems may be necessary and as such may <br />be a potential activity of State interest, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Louis/ille, Colorado, <br />at a regular meeting held on August 28, 1975, determined that in the event <br />major extensions of the water and sewer treatment systems are necessary <br />to develop the land within the boundaries of the "Development Plan Map, <br />Louisville, Colorado, dated August 28, 1975", that such extensions would <br />be a matter of State interest and should be developed only in accordance <br />with the provisions of House Bill 1041, local Ordinances, Resolutions <br />and such other laws or regulations that may be applicable; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, concurs in <br />said recommendations. <br />
