RESOLUTION NO. 31 WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, in the County of Boulder and State of Colorado now owns and operates a municipal sewer system; and WHEREAS, in order to provide funds for the purpose of paying the costs of improving and extending said municipal sewer system, the C~-ty Council has de,.ermined to issues Sewer Revenue Bonds, of the City in the principal amount of $280,000; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and pursuant to a resolution adopted and approved bS~ the City Council on September 16, 1975, the City Council au- thorized the sale of $280,000 of Sewer Revenue Bonds at a public sale and directed that the notice of sale of said bonds be published once in the Louisville Times, a newspaper circulating in the City of Louisville and once in the Daily Journal, a financial newspaper published in Denver, Colorado, at least five days prior to the date of sale; and WHEREAS, a17L bids for the purchase of the bonds which were received prior to 11:00 o'clock A.Di., Mountain Daylight Time, on Tuesday, October 21, 1975, have been opened and tabulated, and considered by the City Council; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to issue and sell said bonds to E. F. HUTTON & CO., INC. - the best bidder therefor, in accordance with their proposal; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: 1. That Sewer Revenue Bonds, of the City of Louisville, in the amount of $280,000, be issued and sold to E. F. HUTTON & CO. I:NC. , the best bidder for the purchase of the bonds. 2. That the City Council and officers of the City of Louisville are authorized to do any and all things necessary to complete the delivery of the bonds to the purchaser thereof.
