Industrial including type and gross acreage. <br />4. Public and semi-public areas by type of use and gross <br />acreage (relate to hazard and resource areas). <br />5. Total acreage of the development. <br />B. Text describing they socio-economic factors including: <br />1. Demographic analysis of the anticipated population, <br />both ultimate and by development stage, emphasizing <br />student age, working age and elderly population groups. <br />2. Employment including types of employment and annual incomes. <br />3. Economic impact of the proposed development on the City <br />(such as impact on the existing commercial community, pro- <br />vision of new employment and shopping opportunities in <br />Louisville and ~^eduction in work and shopping trip dis- <br />tances.) <br />4. Housing including anticipated price/rent range, federal <br />mortgage assistance programs to be offered and provision <br />for low and moderate income housing including federal sub- <br />sidy programs to be offered. This information should be <br />related to the existing housing market and current avail- <br />-5- <br />
