Employment including types of employment and annual incomes. <br />3. Economic impact of the proposed development on the City <br />(such as impact on the existing commercial community, pro- <br />vision of new employment and shopping opportunities in <br />Louisville and ~^eduction in work and shopping trip dis- <br />tances.) <br />4. Housing including anticipated price/rent range, federal <br />mortgage assistance programs to be offered and provision <br />for low and moderate income housing including federal sub- <br />sidy programs to be offered.
