the d'.evelopment based on: <br />- Thee present design capacity of the Louisville systems, <br />the operational efficiency of each system and the <br />source, rights and quality of supply. <br />- The present excess capacity of each .system. <br />- An inventory of t®tal committments already made to <br />serve Louisville development and resulting capacity <br />to serve this development. <br />- A brief summary of the Louisville staged expansion <br />plans for each treatment plant and water storage and <br />the additional capacity of the systems to serve the <br />development by year. <br />c. Summarize the above through the preparation of a service <br />availablity schedule indicating ability of the City to <br />expand its treatment plants, the timing of service <br />availability and the maximum amount of development <br />(acreage) which can be accomodated by year. <br />d. An estimation of the total cost of the distribution and <br />collection systems including off-site improvements needed <br />to connect to existing Louisville systems and the method <br />by which the developer will finance these improvements. <br />e. An estimation of the annual maintenance costs of the systems. <br />f. Proposed service agreements. <br />D. Pups and text describing the transportation plan including: <br />1. Locatfon of proposed approaches to the development from <br />existing and proposed streets. <br />2. Street plan including the functional classification of streets <br />and proposed widths and improvements. <br />3. Projected traffic volumes, both ADT and peak hour traffic. <br />4. Curb cuts and access control on arterial or higher level <br />streets, signalization and channelization requirements. <br />_7~ <br />
