DYER ROAD ANNEXATION 1. ORDINANCE NO. 1217, SERIES 1996 - APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE DYER ROAD ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES - MAY 11, MAY 18, MAY 25, AND JUNE 1, 1996) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1217, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving an annexation, known as the Dyer Road Annexation, to the City of Louisville, Colorado." Paul Wood, Planning Director, combined his presentation for Ordinance No. 1217 and Ordinance No. 1218. He stated that this is the ordinance that would finalize the annexation of approximately 660' of what had been renamed from Dyer to Dillon Road. The corresponding ordinance would zone that to commercial business (CB). Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1217. NONE Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1217, Series 1996, Dyer Road annexation on second and final reading. Seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. 2. ORDINANCE NO. 1218, SERIES 1996 - ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE DYER ROAD ANNEXATION - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES - MAY 11, MAY 18, MAY 25, AND JUNE 1, 1996) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1218, Series 1996, "An ordinance zoning property annexed to the City of Louisville and known as the Dyer Road Annexation." Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1218. NONE Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1218, Series 1996, for zoning the Dyer Road Annexation CB on second and final reading. Seconded by Sisko Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. 5
